Head of Marketing and PR

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the PR, marketing, and brand strategy for our growing portfolio of next generation, delivery-first restaurant brands. 

RESPONSIBILITIIES

  • Crafting brand messaging and PR strategies from the ground up 

  • Developing and managing multiple PR campaigns across local, regional, and national markets

  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with new media and traditional PR outlets and influencers

  • Constantly testing outside the the box marketing strategies, offline and online, with a data-driven mindset 

  • Developing multi-channel marketing strategies to support the growth of our brands (everything from pop up events to influencer dinners to live FB video streams)

  • Managing various social media channels, including content creation and relationship building

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a straight up hustler with a passion for food / hospitality

  • Must be in love with our mission of building the restaurant brands of the future

  • Thrives in a fast paced environment with aggressive expectations and goals

  • Can only exist in a job where he/she is wearing multiple hats and using all the sides of his/her brain

  • Extensive experience (3+ years) developing and executing marketing and PR campaigns

  • Creative-minded, but organized and detail-oriented to a point where it’s almost a little bit crazy

  • Beyond exceptional verbal and communication skills

  • Again, must be super passionate about food / hospitality

Creative Social Media + Special Projects Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media + Special Projects Manager with a creative mind and passion for food to join our company and support  our growing portfolio of next generation, delivery-first restaurant brands.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to help shape and make a meaningful impact on various social media, influencer marketing, and brand projects across the company. 

RESPONSIBILITIIES

  • Management of social media brand accounts 

  • Development and management of relationships with key social media influencers and groups

  • Development of multi-media content calendar for email, web, and social media accounts

  • Coordination of photo and video shoots to support our content calendar

  • Helping develop the creative vision for various brand identities

  • Managing various community oriented marketing strategies including tastings, weekly giveaways, and influencer seeding

  • Monitoring customer feedback across social media, Yelp, and other online channels 

  • Occasionally performing various customer service responsibilities, including phone and email support 

  • Participation in the ideation and development of marketing and PR strategies to drive brand awareness and sales

  • Market demographic and culinary research

  • Creation of various weekly reports related to marketing and sales activities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Passionate for food and looking for a role in which you can make a big impact 

  • Deeply creative with a passion for telling brand stories

  • Big plus for photography and digital editing (ie, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Deeply social media savvy 

  • Experience successfully managing multiple social media accounts at the same time

Operations Manager

We’re looking for an Operations Manager with a passion for food to join our company and support our growing portfolio of next generation restaurant brands. 

RESPONSIBILITIIES

  • Serving as a coordinator between company executives and kitchen teams

  • Working with Executive Chefs and kitchen teams to ensure  our high standards (food quality, sanitation, organization, packaging) are always upheld

  • Assisting with various ad-hoc corporate marketing, accounting, and customer service projects

  • Market and culinary research 

  • Assisting with day-to-day management of kitchen logistics and operations, as necessary

  • Collaborating with our Head of Operations on the recruitment and training processes for new kitchen team members

  • Collaborating with our Head of Operations in the development of recruitment and training processes

  • Assisting with management of vendor and delivery partner relationships

  • Various reporting projects 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2+ years kitchen / kitchen operations experience

Executive Chef (Various Cities)

This is NOT your typical Exec Chef job. We are looking for an Executive Chef who wants to be a part of the future of the restaurant world. If you are passionate about creating exceptional food and running a high-functioning team, but question the sustainability of the conventional restaurant business model, then we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring the highest degree of quality and consistency in every aspect of our food production-Controlling the sanitation and organization of kitchen, equipment and related areas to ensure a healthy, safe work environment which meets/exceeds federal, state, and corporate standards and regulations.

  • Ensuring consistent execution of recipes, including portioning and presentation standards.

  • Recruiting and training all kitchen staff positions (with the assistance of a General Manager) and ensuring their performance meets our company standards of excellence.

  • Managing vendor relationships and inventory processes.

  • Maintaining excellent communications amongst kitchen staff and between kitchen and corporate teams.

  • Maintaining inventory of food and non-food supplies to stay within established guidelines while assuring that necessary product is available.

  • Analyzing ongoing operational performance and implementing improvements.

  • Utilizing daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years experience in the kitchen

  • Obsessive about food quality and presentation

  • Strong communication, detail-oriented, and desire to work your butt off

  • Positive attitude and energy

  • Passionate about food that's both healthy and delicious, as our company is committed to "better-for-you" takes on traditionally unhealthy cuisines

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies

  • Available on mornings, nights, and weekends

  • Desire to grow with the company as we continue our rapid expansion
